Developed responsive event microsites and deployed them directly to live production servers.

01. TIME CONSTRAINTS IN TRANSLATING DESIGNS TO CODE

The Details: Turning detailed Figma designs into working Webflow sites by hand took up way too much time, especially with back-to-back events.

The Approach: We brought in AI coding tools like Lovable, Cursor, and Claude MCP. This sped up our workflow from GitHub to Webflow, allowing us to build and launch interactive pages much faster.

02. DASHBOARD BUGS AND DISPLAY ERRORS

The Details: Busy event dashboards for brands like Victoria's Secret sometimes had display errors, data connection issues, or ran slowly on certain phones and laptops.

The Approach: We tracked down the front-end bugs and created a strict final-review checklist. We made sure all mobile layouts and Google Sheets data links were working perfectly before making any updates live.

03. OVERLAPPING DEADLINES FOR MULTIPLE CAMPAIGNS

The Details: Building microsites for big brands like Shiseido x Lisa, Nike x JD, and Muji at the exact same time caused overlapping deadlines and a very heavy workload.

The Approach: We focused on careful time management and built reusable UI design pieces. By setting up standard templates and clear visual layouts, we were able to build new dashboards much faster and comfortably meet all our deadlines.
