Common Questions

We recommend booking at least 3–4 weeks before your event to allow sufficient time for custom AI art direction and booth design. During Raya season, slots fill up quickly — book early to avoid disappointment.
The Instabox unit is designed for indoor use. For semi-outdoor setups (covered areas), we can discuss requirements during your briefing.
Absolutely. We'll request your brand kit (logos, colours, fonts) during the pre-event briefing and build everything around it.
All data collected through the Data Collection Console belongs to you. We provide a clean CSV export post-event and do not retain or use guest data.
Yes. Outstation activations are available subject to a travel and logistics fee. Contact us for a custom quote.
Subject to crew availability. Additional hours are billed at RM 650/hr. We recommend locking in your duration during booking.
