One simple model: a base fee per campaign, plus the games you add on. Pick one game or several. No flat day-rate.

One base runs the whole activation. Everything the game needs to be yours and to report back.

Every ready-made game is an add-on on top of the base. Add one, or stack several for a multi-game zone.

  • RM6,300 to RM8,200: 3D motion, runner, slicing

What is a custom interactive game for events?
A branded digital game built for a campaign. The gameplay, visuals, prizes and data capture are tailored to your brand and run at your activation, rather than a generic arcade machine with a logo on it.
How is this different from renting a game machine?
A rental machine is fixed hardware with template games and no data, and the branding is an extra. Instamedia games are branded per campaign from the start, available in 2D or 3D, capture leads and engagement into your CRM, and run at your event or online. They are built in-house, not rented.
How does the pricing work and what is included?
One base fee per campaign covers custom branding, data capture, delivery and the post-event report. Each ready-made game is an add-on on top, from RM4,800 to RM8,200 depending on the game and whether it is 2D or 3D. Add one game or several. Fully custom games are scoped to the brief.
What is the lead time, and do you cover Malaysia and Singapore?
Ready-made games typically need 2 to 4 weeks. Fully custom builds need longer depending on scope. We build and run interactive games across Malaysia, Singapore and the wider ASEAN region from our KL studio.
Can the game capture leads and data?
Yes. Lead capture, opt-ins, scans, plays, completions and time spent are designed into the build and flow to you and your CRM. It is the core reason brands choose a custom game over a rental machine.
Can it run online as well as on-site?
Most of the 16 run both ways. The 3D motion games (slicing, shooting, 3D runner, 3D logo drop) are on-site only because they need a camera or kiosk; the rest run at your event, or online on web and mobile with no hardware.
