Intereactive Sensor-Based Football Projection Game

Project Challenge: Tudor needed an exclusive activation for their David Beckham event that would blend physical sports engagement with cutting-edge digital technology while reinforcing their luxury brand identity. The challenge was creating an immersive football experience that allowed guests to kick real footballs against an AI goalkeeper, projected onto Impact Cloth, while maintaining authentic sports feel and ensuring accurate goal detection through sensor technology—all within a premium brand environment that seamlessly integrated Tudor branding throughout the activation. Solution Approach: We developed a custom-built football projection game using cutting-edge LIDAR technology to project a 3D stadium environment onto Impact Cloth, creating an immersive and authentic football experience. Players took real shots with a football against an AI goalkeeper that reacted dynamically, diving and taunting to heighten challenge and immersion. Motion-sensor tracking logged ball speed and trajectory, ensuring accurate goal detection and fair scoring. A live scoreboard encouraged friendly competition, while branded billboards and jerseys reinforced Tudor's identity throughout, tying the entire activation seamlessly back to the brand.
