Event tech rental: your questions
How much does it cost to rent an iPad for an event in Malaysia?
An iPad (9th or 10th generation) is RM500 a day, including delivery and setup. A floor or table iPad stand with a lockable casing is RM300 a day, with custom branding as an option.
How much does an interactive kiosk or LED touchscreen cost to rent?
A 43 or 55 inch interactive touch kiosk is RM2,500 a day, including wrapping and setup. A large-format LED touchscreen is RM3,000 a day, including mounting and technical support.
What is included in the rental?
Delivery, configuration and teardown are included, and on-site technical support is available. We can also wrap the hardware in your campaign branding.
Can the screens run our own app, game or microsite?
Yes. Every device can be pre-configured for IMX Engine™ games and quizzes, IN:FRAME™ photo experiences, or your own app, microsite or Unity content.
Can we rent for a week or a month?
