Event technology for Singapore
Instamedia builds and runs the interactive layer of a Singapore activation: AI photo booths, interactive kiosks and walls, and branded games, delivered from our Kuala Lumpur studio.
Get a Recommendation See Our WorkWhat we do
Instamedia is not an event management company or a full-service agency. We build and run the interactive layer of an activation: the AI photo booth, the interactive kiosk or wall, the branded game, and the data capture behind it.
If you searched for an experiential marketing agency in Singapore, here is the distinction. Instamedia is not an agency. We are the technology partner that agencies and brands bring in to build and run the interactive layer of an activation, while the agency runs the creative concept, the venue and the guest experience around it. If you are a brand working without an agency, we do the same work directly with you.
Every platform is built in-house in Kuala Lumpur since 2012: IN:FRAME™ for AI photo booths, and IMX Engine™ for interactive kiosks, walls and branded games. Nothing here is a rented template. There is no Singapore office. Every build is assembled and tested at our Kuala Lumpur studio, then shipped, crewed and calibrated on site for the event itself, which is what the delivery section below covers in full.
What we provide
Four kinds of interactive event technology, each built in-house and each with its own dedicated page.

A guest steps in, the booth captures a photo, and IN:FRAME™ runs it through a generative AI pipeline. A branded, AI-transformed image comes out in 15 to 30 seconds, ready to print and share by QR code.

An LED wall, projection surface or touch kiosk connected to sensors, so people control what appears on it by moving, touching, scanning or playing. Seven interaction types are covered on the dedicated page.
Explore interactive kiosks and walls for Singapore →Eighteen ready-made games on the IMX Engine™ library, restyled to your brand, or a fully custom game built from scratch. Every game sends leads and results to your CRM.
Browse the IMX Engine™ game library →Every photo booth, kiosk, wall and game runs a QR journey or feeds a real-time analytics dashboard. Leads, opt-ins, plays, completions and engagement data export after the event.

The same process whether you are an agency briefing us on behalf of a client or a brand coming to us directly.
Tell us the campaign, the audience and the venue. A sentence is enough. We come back with a recommended format and a number, usually within one working day.
We build and brand the technology at our Kuala Lumpur studio, an AI transformation, a game skin, a kiosk sensor rig or a quiz build, and test it before it ships.
Our crew travels with the build, clears customs with the correct permits and carnet, and calibrates on the Singapore side before doors open.
Every lead and result is sent to your CRM, with a post-event report covering plays, completions, leads and time spent.
TOKEN2049
TOKEN2049 Singapore runs 7 and 8 October 2026 at Marina Bay Sands, with TOKEN2049 Week side events across 5 to 11 October. We have a dedicated page covering what a crypto conference booth needs: ready-to-deploy formats for a fast turnaround, and custom builds for a bespoke activation. See TOKEN2049 Singapore booth and side-event experiences for booth-specific tracks and lead times.
Proof
A Singapore flagship activation, plus regional work on the same IN:FRAME™ and IMX Engine™ platforms. Every photo below comes from a live Instamedia project page.

An interactive quiz built on IMX Engine™ for the Leica 100th anniversary flagship store opening at South Beach Quarter: 107 registrations and an 83 percent redemption rate.
Real-time body tracking turned physical running into an interactive experience across a large-format LED wall.

A projection goal-kick game for Tudor, a branded stop-and-play mechanic built around a watch launch.

294 guests created branded messages on iPads, moderated and rendered live on a large LED screen across an 8-hour event.
The same IN:FRAME™ and IMX Engine™ platforms that ran these activations are what ships to Singapore. The engineering does not change between a finance activation and a luxury one. Only the brand world does.
Pricing
Every quote for a Singapore deployment includes cross-border transport, the correct permits and carnet, and an on-site crew.
Once we have your technology, date, venue and guest count, we quote in SGD, the same way our Malaysia pricing works.
Where we deploy
Every build is assembled and tested in Kuala Lumpur before it ships, so nothing gets discovered on site. Our crew travels with it, clears customs with the correct permits and carnets, and calibrates on the Singapore side before doors open.
Singapore activations run on brief with a three-week lead time for a ready-to-deploy format such as an existing photo booth style, kiosk mechanic or game from the IMX Engine™ library. A fully custom build, a bespoke game, a new kiosk mechanic or a custom AI transformation, needs six to ten weeks. We deliver across Singapore, including Marina Bay Sands, Suntec Convention Centre, Sands Expo, Singapore EXPO, Orchard Road and Sentosa.
