Built in our Kuala Lumpur studio, run in Singapore by our own crew
We build the interactive layer for LED walls and projection surfaces: motion, touch, sensors and phone-controlled games that respond to your guests as they play. Every rig is built and tested in Kuala Lumpur, then delivered to Singapore and run by our own crew.

An interactive wall is an LED wall, projection surface or large display linked to sensors, so the picture changes as people move, touch, scan or play. Projection mapping fits an image to the shape of a surface, and sensors let that image respond. Four kinds of build, each from a real Instamedia project, with the city where it ran.

Players hit glowing targets on a wall panel with real pickleballs. Embedded sensors read each hit and a synced screen shows the live leaderboard. The wall stands about 2.5 metres wide and 2.5 metres tall, and 2 to 4 players take turns. See the JD Sports project.
A Kinect sensor reads how fast each guest runs in place, and a 3D cityscape moves across an L-shaped LED wall in step. Guests register on an iPad, pick one of 4 environments and race a live leaderboard: 1,424 people over 24 days at the PUMA flagship store launch. See the PUMA project.

LIDAR maps the projection surface so a 3D stadium renders accurately onto Impact Cloth. Guests kick a real football at an AI goalkeeper while motion sensors log ball speed and trajectory and a live scoreboard ranks the shots. 297 guests joined in over 4 hours. See the Tudor project.

Guests draw and sign on an illuminated glass booth, and the drawing replays as a live slideshow on the event's LED wall. At the HAYS year end party the glass booth captured 106 guest-drawn videos, with an Instabooth 2.0 print station running alongside. See the HAYS project.
Occasions
Guest drawings and messages appear live on the event LED wall while the programme runs, as at the HAYS year end party and the KWAP appreciation event in Malaysia. See our D&D planning guide for Singapore.
Launch content becomes something guests play: a sensor game, a body-tracked run or a projected goal-kick challenge.
A wall that gives visitors a reason to stop, and a QR code that captures the lead. We deliver to Singapore EXPO, Suntec, Marina Bay Sands and venues across Singapore.
A big-screen game that draws a crowd in a mall or flagship store, like the Sun & Sand Sports City Run, which toured Singapore, Jakarta and Dubai.
Projection and touch walls that turn a collection into something visitors explore and play with, like our projection-mapped 3D map for the Pameran Fabrik ASEAN exhibition at Muzium Negara. See why museums need interactive exhibits.
Phone-controlled games let up to 10 people play on one wall at once, with no app to install, so families and teams can join in together.
Packages and prices
Singapore prices are in SGD and all in: delivery from Kuala Lumpur, cross-border transport, permits and carnet, setup, calibration and our on-site crew are included.
Phone and touch games from our IMX Engine™ library on your screen, S$2,100 to S$2,700. AR and VR experiences from S$2,600.
An existing interactive mechanic adapted to your campaign and to your screen or projection surface, for a single event day.
Built around your campaign idea, including projection mapping and fabricated installations, on IMX Bespoke™.
The LED wall, projector or display is not included. Most clients already have a screen through their event or exhibition contractor. If you do not, tell us and we will advise on size and supply. Planning in Malaysia instead? See our interactive walls in Malaysia.
Why Instamedia
Every interactive system is built by our own team in our Kuala Lumpur studio, so the build fits your campaign instead of a supplier's catalogue.
Every rig is assembled and tested in Kuala Lumpur before it ships. Our crew travels with it, clears customs with the correct permits and carnet, and calibrates on the Singapore side before doors open.
The people who build your wall are the people who deliver it, set it up and run it on the day. We have no Singapore office.
Most clients already have an LED wall or projector from their event contractor. We check resolution and pixel pitch before quoting, then coordinate with your AV supplier and the venue on load-in, power and rigging.
Delivery, cross-border transport, permits and an on-site crew sit inside the quote, so there is no separate delivery line to chase.
Leica's flagship opening and the Sun & Sand Sports City Run both ran in Singapore. Every wall can capture leads, scores and plays, and we export the data after the event.
Proof
Each card links to a real Instamedia project and says where the work ran.

Treadmill sensors drove a retro 8-bit running game with live leaderboards and prize drops. 693 participants across three cities, including Singapore.

Guests scanned a QR code at the opening of Leica’s Singapore flagship store for a heritage quiz on Leica’s 100 years. 107 registrations and 89 prize redemptions.

Players swung sensor paddles to control a 3D pickleball game on large screens at Suria KLCC. 1,951 players in 7 days.

For the Pameran Fabrik ASEAN textile exhibition, visitors explored our projection-mapped 3D interactive map and made AI portraits inspired by Southeast Asian fabrics. Built on IMX Bespoke™.

Guests scanned a QR code and flew submarines from their own phones on a shared screen. 983 participants over 4 days, up to 10 at once, with no app.

Employees created messages and drawings on iPads, moderated live and shown on a large LED screen. 294 people over 8 hours.
How it works
WhatsApp us the event date, venue, guest count and the screen or surface you have. A sentence is enough to start.
We come back with a recommended interaction and a real number in SGD, usually within one working day.
Game skins and overlays take 48 to 72 hours. A ready-to-deploy wall can be ready for Singapore in under two weeks, with rush available, and a bespoke build takes 2 to 6 weeks.
Our crew delivers from Kuala Lumpur, clears customs with the correct permits and carnet, calibrates on site before doors open and runs the wall for the whole event window.
Leads, scores and plays are exported after the event, with a report on the numbers from the day.

FAQ
Interactive walls start from S$6,750 for a single event day, all in. The price covers the interactive software licensed for the event, your branding, the tracking hardware and sensor rig, calibration, setup and a trained operator, plus delivery from Kuala Lumpur, cross-border transport, permits and our on-site crew. Bespoke builds start from S$9,400. The LED wall or projector is not included.
Projection mapping fits a projected image to the shape of a surface, such as a wall, floor, stage or object, so the picture lines up with its edges. Add sensors and the image responds to movement or touch. For Tudor, LIDAR mapped the projection surface for a 3D stadium goal-kick game, and at Muzium Negara we projection-mapped a 3D interactive map for the Pameran Fabrik ASEAN textile exhibition. Fully custom mapped builds sit under our bespoke service, from S$9,400.
Yes. Every rig is built and tested at our Kuala Lumpur studio, then our own crew travels with it, clears customs with the correct permits and carnet, and calibrates on the Singapore side before doors open. We have no Singapore office. A ready-to-deploy wall can be ready for Singapore in under two weeks, rush jobs are possible, and a fully custom build takes 2 to 6 weeks.
Most of our installations use a 3 to 8 metre LED wall or projection surface, and we have also run larger L-shaped and wrap-around LED environments. The practical limit is usually the venue and the screen supplier, not the technology. Leave 0 to 1 metre in front for touch, 1.5 to 3 metres for gesture and 2 to 4 metres for full-body motion tracking.
Yes. We add QR journeys, lead capture, scores and leaderboards, and export the data after the event. Phone-controlled games need no app, because guests scan a QR code and join from their browser. CRM integration is available on bespoke builds. At the Leica flagship opening in Singapore, a QR quiz captured 107 registrations.
Yes, and that is the most common setup. We add a sensor layer and experience software to the screen you already have, calibrate it against your actual surface and run the experience from our own hardware. We check resolution and pixel pitch before quoting and coordinate with your AV supplier and the venue. If you have no screen yet, we can advise on size and supply.
Choose projection for large or irregular surfaces and an LED wall for bright rooms. Projection costs less at large scale and can cover floors and curved walls, but it needs controlled lighting. An LED wall is brighter and works in daylight. The interaction technology is the same either way.
