Digital and QR scan claw machines, delivered to Singapore by our own crew
A claw machine, also called a crane machine, where every play starts with a QR scan. Choose a branded digital claw game on a touchscreen, or a physical claw machine with a QR scanner instead of a coin slot. Built and tested in Kuala Lumpur, quoted in SGD, from S$2,000 a day.

In Singapore, our work includes the Leica 100 quiz at the opening of Leica's Singapore flagship store, where guests scanned a QR code to play, and Hennessy's Year of the Snake game across Malaysia and Singapore. See our projects.
Two formats
Both formats are free to play for your guests. A QR scan starts every game, so each play registers a guest and joins the rest of your event journey.

A real claw cabinet with a glass prize window, a joystick and a QR scanner where the coin slot would be. We brand it to your campaign and connect the scanner to your guest registration. Product render.

A branded claw game on an iPad Pro or a touchscreen display, on our in-house IMX Engine™ platform. Guests steer a virtual claw against a 30-second timer to grab a 3D prize, then collect a real prize from the crew. See the Switch to iPhone build.

Guests scan a QR code and register in about 30 seconds before the game starts. That captures the lead first and links each play to your prizes, your CRM and the rest of the event. Product render.

A win sends a prize code that our crew redeem for a real prize on the spot. A live dashboard tracks players, wins and prize stock, so prizes never run out mid-event, and exports to CSV.
How it works
Branded prize balls on the screen, or your prizes behind the glass, draw guests in.
Guests scan a QR code and register in about 30 seconds, so the lead is captured before they play.
A timed game on the touchscreen, or the joystick on the physical cabinet.
A win sends a prize code, and our crew hand over the real prize on the spot.
Players, wins, leads and prize stock in a live dashboard, exported to CSV for your CRM.

Why Instamedia
The digital claw and the QR journey run on IMX Engine™, built by our own developers in Kuala Lumpur, so the game, the registration and the report fit your campaign.
Every play starts with a QR registration, so the claw machine fills your CRM instead of a coin box.
Each build is set up and tested in our studio first. Our crew travels with it, clears customs with the correct permits and carnet, and calibrates it on site.
A branded digital claw is ready 48 to 72 hours after artwork. A ready-to-deploy format can be ready for Singapore in under two weeks, with rush available.

FAQ
Both are available in Singapore. The digital claw machine is a screen game on an iPad Pro or a touchscreen display: guests steer a virtual claw against a 30-second timer, then collect a real prize from our crew with the code they win. The physical claw machine is a real cabinet fitted with a QR scanner instead of a coin slot and branded to your campaign. With either one, the QR scan registers the guest and connects the game to the rest of your event.
A claw machine, digital or physical, starts from S$2,000 a day for the machine and its QR scan journey, all in with delivery from Kuala Lumpur, cross-border transport and permits. On-site crew and prizes are quoted separately. Prices are in SGD and no GST is charged. Other ready-made arcade-style games run S$6,300 to S$8,200, and a fully custom build starts from S$25,000.
No. Neither format takes coins. Guests play free, and every game starts with a QR scan that registers them, so the claw machine captures leads for your brand instead of collecting money.
No. We do not rent carnival stalls or standard arcade cabinets. Our arcade-style games are digital games on our IMX Engine platform, from S$6,300 to S$8,200, plus the claw machine in its digital and QR scan physical formats.
No. Instamedia is based in Kuala Lumpur. Every claw machine for Singapore is prepared and tested in our studio there, then our own crew brings it across with the correct permits and carnet, sets it up at your venue and runs it on the day.
A ready-to-deploy format can be ready for Singapore in under two weeks, and rush jobs are possible. A branded digital claw is ready 48 to 72 hours after the artwork is approved, and a fully custom build takes 2 to 6 weeks.
Based on our Switch to iPhone build, a single digital station needs a minimum 3 metre by 3 metre footprint, with 5 metres by 5 metres recommended, a standard power outlet and a 10 Mbps internet connection. Setup takes 2 to 3 hours on the first day.
Product samples, discount vouchers, branded merchandise and event tickets all work well. A win sends a prize code, our on-site crew hand over the real prize, and live inventory tracking stops prizes running out mid-event.
Yes. Guests register by QR scan before they play, and a live dashboard tracks players, wins and prize stock, exportable to CSV for your CRM. Our Switch to iPhone claw machine captured 380 qualified leads over 3 days, and at the Leica Singapore flagship opening 107 guests registered through a QR scan quiz.
