We’re looking for an experienced and highly organized Event Manager to join our team. You’ll be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing events that bring brands to life — from creative activations to large-scale campaigns. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to turn ideas into seamless, engaging experiences that leave a lasting impact.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Plan, organize, and manage events from concept to execution
- Develop event strategies that align with client goals and brand direction
- Coordinate logistics, timelines, manpower, and vendor relationships
- Lead on-site setup, troubleshooting, and event execution to ensure smooth operations
- Collaborate closely with creative, operations, and tech teams to deliver cohesive experiences
- Manage budgets, track expenses, and ensure projects are delivered within scope and deadlines
- Evaluate event performance and prepare post-event reports with insights and improvements

- 2+ years of experience in event management, project management, or related roles
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
