Job Description

We’re looking for a proactive and hands-on Operation Executive to join our team. You’ll play a key role in supporting the setup and execution of events, ensuring everything runs efficiently from planning to on-site delivery. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys fast-paced environments, problem-solving on the spot, and turning creative concepts into real-world experiences.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Support event setup, logistics, and on-site operations
  • Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth event execution
  • Manage equipment preparation, delivery, and installation according to event requirements
  • Troubleshoot technical or logistical issues during setup and live events
  • Maintain inventory, track assets, and ensure proper equipment handling
  • Assist in planning event timelines and resource allocation
  • Ensure all operational tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule

What We’re Looking For:

  • 1–2 years of experience in event operations, logistics, or related fields
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities
  • Hands-on and proactive attitude with strong problem-solving skills
  • Able to multitask and work efficiently under tight deadlines
  • Physically fit and comfortable with technical setup tasks
  • Bonus: Experience in tech-driven or interactive event setups

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in operations, logistics, or event setup
  • Strong coordination and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
  • Comfortable with hands-on work and technical setups
  • Knowledge of basic equipment handling and logistics planning
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Event Management, Operations, or related fields
  • Bonus: Experience in event production, AV setup, or creative-tech environments
