The Operations Executive supports the execution of event deployments and on-ground activations. You will prepare equipment, follow checklists and SOPs, coordinate logistics, and ensure setups run smoothly. This role is hands-on and crucial to delivering a premium experience for clients and guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, pack, test and maintain event equipment before deployments
- Support setup, dismantle and on-site operational needs
- Coordinate logistics, timing and inventory movement for events
- Follow SOPs, checklists and quality checks to minimise failures
- Assist with troubleshooting basic technical issues and escalate when needed
- Maintain warehouse organisation, labeling and equipment readiness
Requirements:
- Responsible, punctual and comfortable with physical, hands-on work
- Detail-oriented and able to follow SOPs/checklists consistently
- Basic technical familiarity (AV / PC / equipment setup) is an advantage
- Able to work weekends or night shifts when event schedules require
- Team player with a “get it done” attitude
