Job Description

We're looking for a creative and strategic thinker to join our team as a Brand Strategist. You’ll be leading the charge in shaping compelling brand stories, aligning strategy with execution, and working with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful campaigns and digital experiences.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Develop brand positioning and strategy for both internal and client projects
  • Conduct market and user research to inform creative direction
  • Lead branding workshops and present strategic recommendations to clients
  • Collaborate with our creative, content, and tech teams to execute cohesive brand journeys
  • Analyze brand performance and refine approaches based on data and feedback

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years of experience in brand strategy, creative strategy, or marketing
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills
  • A strategic mind with the ability to turn insights into clear brand direction
  • Team player with leadership potential
  • Background in marketing, business, communications, or related fields

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in brand strategy, creative strategy, or marketing-related roles
  • Strong understanding of brand positioning, development, and communication
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Confident in conducting market research and presenting strategic insights
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with designers, content creators, and tech teams
  • Able to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields
