What we build
Instamedia designs, engineers and runs brand activations in-house from our Kuala Lumpur studio. Every format below ran for a named brand, and every card links to the case study with the numbers.
Send a BriefSee Custom BuildsThe report
Most activation briefs describe the equipment. The report afterwards asks something else: how many people took part, what they left with, and whether the floor stayed busy.
Every format on this page is built to answer those questions. Sessions, prints, videos and QR downloads are counted as the day runs, and the busiest hour is logged, so the numbers exist before anyone asks for them. An on-site crew runs the whole activation, and nothing on the day depends on a third party's software.
Formats
The mechanic comes first, because that is what guests remember. Each card links to the full case study.

Guests draw, doodle and sign on illuminated glass, and the drawing appears over them in a short video, with an optional print.

Start from the problem
Multi-day and multi-site. Oreo ran 7 days at Sunway Pyramid, TGV ran 6 cinemas in one weekend, and Samsung toured 6 malls in 25 days. Start with Instabooth 2.0 or the Unveil Glass Booth.
Put the product in the guest's hands. Samsung's own phones were the camera, and Victoria's Secret launched VSX with a pickleball game. See multi-angle capture and custom builds.
Delegates have minutes, not hours. A 60 to 90 second quiz round, or a paper figure to take home, gives them a reason to stop. See the quiz kiosk and AI papercraft.
At year-end parties and appreciation events, the wall becomes the stage. At HAYS, glass drawings replayed live on the LED wall. At KWAP, 294 employees sent messages to leadership on screen. See beyond the booth.
Custom builds
A custom build starts from the brief, not from a catalogue.
It can be a booth wrapped to the campaign, like Oreo's 7-day roadshow at Sunway Pyramid. It can be software written for the client's own device: three Galaxy Z Fold phones became the camera on Samsung's six-mall tour, and at Samsung's Watch Party in Suria KLCC a custom app on the Galaxy Z Fold8 let guests design a postcard that printed at A6. Or it can be an AI style made for one campaign, like Huawei's papercraft characters or the K-drama portraits for Disney+ Perfect Crown.
The booths, the IN:FRAME™ software and the crew are all ours, so there is no third party to wait on when something needs changing on the day. See how the platform works on IN:FRAME™, and the full build process on IMX Bespoke™.

Campaign-driven builds from concept to operation: games, sensors, walls and one-off installations.
Quotes depend on the days, the sites and how much of the build is custom. Send the date and venue, and we come back with one recommendation and a real number, usually within one working day.
Beyond the booth
The same studio builds the games, walls and AI characters that sit alongside a booth, or replace it.

A pickleball game with a sensor paddle and a custom 3D court for the VSX launch at Suria KLCC: 1,951 players in 7 days.

294 employees wrote messages to leadership on tablets, moderated and shown live on the LED wall across 8 hours.

Guests drew and signed on the Unveil Glass Booth, replayed as a live slideshow on the LED wall, while Instabooth 2.0 printed 478 photos.
