Job Description

The Performance Marketeer role drives lead generation and revenue by planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns across multiple platforms. You will own the data, experiment with strategies, and promote both our ready-made interactive solutions and custom projects to the right audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and Xiaohongshu
  • Manage ad budgets and deliver against KPIs including CPL, ROAS, CPA, and conversion rates
  • Collaborate with the creative team to build and test ad creatives, copy, and landing pages
  • Build and manage retargeting funnels and lookalike audiences
  • Analyze campaign data, track conversions, and present actionable insights to leadership
  • Support lead generation efforts for both B2B partnerships and B2C consumers

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience running paid campaigns in an agency or in-house
  • Proven track record managing Meta Ads, Google Ads, and ideally TikTok or XHS
  • Strong analytical skills with dashboards, UTMs, and pixel setups
  • Understanding of the B2B sales funnel, A/B testing, and creative iteration
  • Bonus: Experience in events, experiential marketing, or basic design tools (Canva, Figma)
