The exhibition booths that pull a crowd give visitors something to do the moment they walk past. Instamedia doesn't build exhibition stands; we build the interactive piece that goes inside them. Here are eight booth ideas from real exhibitions and conferences in Malaysia and Bangkok, with the results.
At Print Tech 2025, Konica Minolta used our Instabooth 2.0 as a monochrome photo booth that printed each visitor's photo in white-based ink on black media. The keepsake was the product demo: visitors walked away holding a print made with the ink.

Result: 316 prints over 4 days. See the Konica Minolta project.
At Alibaba's SME Growth AI Malaysia 2026 at Connexion @ Nexus, Bangsar South, guests typed a prompt at our AI booth, and Alibaba's Qwen model generated a background for their photo live. The photo was composited into the scene and printed on the spot, so the audience tried the model instead of hearing about it.

Result: 756 prints in one 8-hour day. See the Alibaba project, or our custom AI photo booth.
At the Accord Healthcare Medical Congress in the KLCC Convention Centre, medical professionals played a quiz on our 55-inch interactive kiosk, competing for a place on a live leaderboard with real-time scoring and gameplay analytics.

Result: 142 medical professionals played over 3 days. See the Accord Healthcare project.
For a private Huawei executive conference in Malaysia, we built a 3D train game on a large LED touchscreen. Guests drove Huawei-branded trains through a stylised Bangkok cityscape, swiping to switch tracks and collect product tickets while a real-time leaderboard kept score.

Result: 1,378 executives played over 3 hours. See the Huawei conference game project, or our custom interactive games.
At OTC Exhibition 2024, Wefic ran our browser-based multiplayer game: visitors scanned a QR code, their phones became tap-to-fly controllers, and up to 10 players raced a submarine game on the booth's shared screen at once, with no app to download.

Result: 983 people played over 4 days. See the Wefic project.
For Huawei ICT at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center in Bangkok, our AI booth turned each delegate into a blocky character printed on A4, ready to cut out and fold into a 3D paper figure.

Result: 628 sessions, 558 printed sheets and 243 QR downloads over 2 days. See the Huawei ICT project.
At its SS26 exhibition, MUJI ran our digital fitting room. Visitors chose outfits by style, season, material and colour, then saw themselves wearing the look through the photo booth. Each photo printed on the spot with a barcode for mobile access, and a live dashboard captured visitors' preferences.

Result: 1,061 people over 7 days. See the MUJI project.
At MATTA Fair 2025, Malaysia Airlines let visitors type their dream destination at our kiosk, and AI placed them there in their photo.

Result: 943 people over 3 days. See the Malaysia Airlines project, or read the MATTA Fair story.
Our enclosed Instabooth 2.0 starts from RM 5,800 a day, and custom games and AI builds are quoted per brief. See our photo booth price guide for every tier.
Interactive ideas that have worked at real exhibitions include a photo booth that demonstrates your product, an AI booth that lets visitors try your technology, a quiz or game with a live leaderboard, a multiplayer game played on visitors' phones, a keepsake visitors make themselves, a digital fitting room and an AI destination booth.
Build it into the experience. Accord's quiz kept a live leaderboard with gameplay analytics, and MUJI's fitting room fed a live dashboard of visitor preferences.
No. We build the interactive centrepiece, such as the photo booth, game or kiosk, that goes into the stand your exhibition contractor builds.
Yes. We ran the Huawei ICT papercraft booth in Bangkok, and Singapore jobs are quoted in SGD on request.
